Thanks Kynaston. I would be interested to know what resources you used to gather this info. What do you know about the ethnic background & etymology of the name Konrad/Konzelman?

I got this information from the Oxford Dictionary of Surnames. The name Konrad does mean " brave counsel" though from the Germanic elements 'kuoni' meaning "brave" and 'rad' meaning "counsel".
I hope this is of some use, it's all I know. : )---------------------------------------
