Anyone knows the etymology of Humboldt?

It seems pretty simple... But the only clue I have is that its probably "Humm" and "Bold".... But that's wild mass guessing.

Humboldt is from Germanic hūn 'bear cub' and bald 'bold, brave'.

thanks! I almost guessed the "bold" part, I just wasn't sure... but I would have never got the "hun" part! :D
