I agree with Andy. Del Giacco, this is rhe original spelling of Delgiacco comes from the area of Naples and the city of Benevento.
It is a regional surname of Southern Italy.
In fact quite a few american or canadian surnames comes from the areas of Caserta, Avellino or Benevento and of course Naples. All provincial main cities of Campania region.
