Sounds like it's of Spanish/Latin origins but I'm not 100% sure. Remembering some of my old Spanish, if I were to take a guess I'd say it's pronounced 'deh-HAY-soos'.

It may be Spanish, but I suspect Portuguese, which would give it a different pronunciation. The Jesus part would be something like Zhaysoosh, the J being pronounced like a French J. As for the De part, I won't even attempt to put it in writing.
