surnames Maver or Mover
They could be british surnmaes. Maver has spread in USA but it colud be also from german or swiss origin.

Could anyone explain me the origin of both surnames.

I know there is a Scottish surname Maver, which, according to George Fraser Black, comes from the Gaelic maor, meaning a steward, so a surname of office or occupation. Of course if you find that the name is German you can forget that.
