Any info re: Cintron?
I believe it's Spanish in origin, though a number of Puerto Ricans have it, as well. Not a common name.

My fist association was "kentron" / "centrum" (goad, peg, centre). But the I found this:

I've seen it in dictionaries related to "cinder" or ashes, but as a drinker, it reminds me of Cintron, a drink with Citrus fruit in it ...take your pick ...
