My guess, and only a guess, from looking at Slavic sites is that it means "son of the fifth son" ...rationale ...Kins is closely associated with Quince ...both from Latin meaning "five" ....

Slavic -ski or -sky endings do not mean "son of". Rather, they form a surname from a toponym, usually.The surname Kinsky, in my opinion, is an englicized abbreviation of XXXkinsky where XXX can be anything. E.g., Pushkinsky.
