Alfrink means "from Alfert's farm". Alfert comes from Alfhard which is composed of alf- ("elf") and -hard ("strong").

Scillebeeckx could also mean "Schel's brook" in which Schel is a firstname from Scalco which was short for Godschalk. No certainty on that though.

Simonis, I think is almost certainly from the name Simon.

Scillebeeckx may be related to the Flemish surname 'Beeck, Beckx' denoting someone who lived near a stream and the Dutch word 'scilla' meaning "an Old World plant of the genus Scilla having narrow basal leaves and pink or blue or white racemose flowers". So it may have described someone who lived near a stream where this plant grew.
