The spelling could be englicized.
The real italian spelling should be:

COCHIS (a latinized form of Coco?)
DE CRISTOFORO (son of Christopher)
CASSATA (sicilian surname)
DEL MONICO (from munk)
DE ANTONIS (son of Anthony).
