I'll take a stab at them using my Norwegian dictionary ...
De Geer - I'm not sure, but it looks more Dutch ...I don't recall ever seeing a "ee" in any of the Scandinavian languages
Erlander - I looked up Er- and could only get "to annoy or vex" ...but -lander is obviously from the "land of" ...
Hammerskjold - the only one I'm pretty sure of "hammer" + "shield" ...probably from someone's coat of arms ..
