Let me reassure you - the Bald bit means Bold, Daring and the Win could be Friend.
I'm not too hot on royal matters, but the King of the Belgians either is or was Baudouin, which is the same name in French; in Flemish it works out as Boudewijn, which looks as if it should mean Buttocks Wine. Fortunately, it doesn't. But I always rather felt for the man, having half his subjects calling him by such an awkward name.
