another form is Justyk. there's also Justycky. It's a Polish surname so it seems and the meaning isn't 'justice', i checked a dictionary for that. It's on a list of Polish-Jewish surnames, so it's Jewish too. Justyk seems to be used as a short form for Justyn and Justyna in Poland, like Jimmy for James in England or Bob for Robert. It probably means 'little Justyn'.
