Answer Kuzelicki
Somehow i couldn't post this as an answer to this question (http://surnames.behindthename.com/messages/3170.html) so i post the answer here.http://www.ancestry.com/search/SurnamePage.aspx?html=b&ln=Kuzel&sourcecode=13304Czech (Kuzel): from kuzel ‘distaff’, ‘cone’, either a descriptive nickname for someone with a cone-shaped head or an unflattering nickname for an unstable, inconstant person, one who was easliy moved around. This is the base form. Kuzelik can also be found and my guess is that Kuzelicki is a Polish form of Kuzelik, because the -cki ending is a Polish suffix. This ending means the same as -ski : from, pertaining to (often this means 'kin of' / 'family of'). The ending -ik means 'little'.So the whole name Kuzelicki means 'kin of the little cone' of which the cone part as explained above pertains to someone with a cone-shaped head or someone that is easily moved.
