Schutte - possibly the same as the surname Schute, denoting a sailing vessel of some sort. The word appears to be obsolete, I'm not sure as I can't read German.
Kottkamp - surname Kamp is explained as Low German for field, pasture, copse, so a place name. I'm assuming Kottkamp is too. The Dutch surnames database lists this, and describes it as "Adresnamm", which I take to means "habitation name". Dutch or German? Maybe both.
