Alpízar is a place name of Huelva, Southern Spain. It certainly looks Arabic in origin, but there being no letter P in Arabic makes it difficult to reconstruct the original (even if I knew any Arabic). Al Bazar, "the market" springs to mind, but I think the accentuation works against that.
