It is mainly sicilian. Especially from the area of Palermo. Usually in Italian it is written LO BIANCO.Some Lo Bianco came from the village of SPERLINGA near Palermo. This village in 19th century had a population of 3000 and now the number of inhabitants has gone down to 900.
