I need to know the origins & meanings of Flockhart, Marcil, Petefish, & Sandoval. Flockhart looks like it would be English, Irish, Scottish, or Welsh. Marcil looks like it would be English, Spanish, or French. Petefish looks like it would be English. Sandoval looks like it would be Spanish. Does anybody know the origins & meanings of these names ?

Sandoval is Spanish & Portuguese. It is derived from the place name originally called the Latin Saltus Novalis, meaning "fallow ravine", the town or city from which the first bearer moved.

Saltus means 'wood, forrest', Novalis means new (here: recently cleared)...
