I'd say Ames or Honeycutt. I think the others are more common, and those jumped out at me.

Honeycutt makes me think of the character B.J. Honeycutt from M*A*S*H. Ames brings to mind Ed Ames (1960s singer/actor, whose tomahawk-tossing mishap on the Johnny Carson Show is legendary) and Lee J. Ames (cartooninst and author of several how-to-draw books).

In my opinion, Ames. The others are nice, but I've just never heard this one.
