I am looking for information on two African names. Oloua is used as a male given name for a man from Congo in Africa. Can you give me any information on this name? Wabiba is used as a surname. The bearer is from Congo. I did research and could only find Wabiba as a female Arabic and African given name. But I know someone who uses it as a surname.

Arabs sometimes have first names as surnames (i.e. Faisal is an Arabic given name, but the Saudi foreign minister, for example, has the last name al-Faisal), so perhaps the Africans, who do use Arabic names, do the same.
