Not absolutely sure about this, but one Czech dictionary I've consulted gives for hadac (hádaè) the translation, "fortune teller, soothsayer". The -ek ending is a diminutive or patronymic ending, i.e., "little X" or "descendant of X". I suggest further enquiry before accepting the above as a likely explanation.
