ah-eh-roo-on, with the final syllable nasalised, not really ending in an 'n' sound.
Especially if there's an accent on the 'e', this is how I would read it out. But I'm not familiar with the surname or anything. Perhaps the best English approximation, for when you want to mention it to people without going into full-on French mode, would be something like "air-oo-ont"?.
