I'm afraid I can't tell you much more than the fact that these are all Dutch names as you can verify at http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp. Pouwel is surely 'Paul', Erkelens is most probably from the German placename Erkelenz which is near the Dutch border, and Ingenhoven probably denotes someone from a place named Hoven.
