If you mean surnames that mean orange, that is the fruit, I doubt that there are any in Northern Europe.
Orange itself is a surname in England and in France. The French surname is said to be from the town of Orange in Provence. There is also, according to Paul Reaney, a place in Northern France (Mayenne) called Orange, and it is, according to ibid., a possible source of the surname in England. However, the more likely origin is from a female given name, Orenge, of unknown meaning.
