ArchivesGerman Surname: Fonger
I have surmised thru my research that Fonger is German, however I cannot find the meaning or origin of it. It may have been spelled Funger. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Maybe not German, but Saxon (Danish, Dutch, German, plus Saxons emigrated to Britain)
