I am looking for the origin and meaning of the surname Chingliak. Is it an Inuit surname?

It seems to be more specifically Yupik, another Inuktitut language on which you'll find information at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yup’ik#Languages. I have no idea what it means.
