Looking for information on surname Pelengić (Pelengich). It is found mostly in BiH (Bosnia and Hercegovina) and Croatia. Especially interested in the word, this surname is derived from.Thanks in advance

The surname may come from the placename Pelengići in Bosnia and Hercegovina but I don't know the etymology.
