Re: How do you pronounce Leung?

What kind of name is Leung, is it Chinese? I would pronounce it with "eu" pronounced as in Fleur.
"You sought a flower and found a fruit. You sought a spring and found a sea. You sought a woman and found a soul. You are disappointed."
"It does not become me to make myself smaller than I am." (Edith Södergran 1891-1923)

So you would pron. it like "lOOng", right? :)
I'm with Yiva on this if the name is Chinese - more like the U in fur than the YOU in you.
Of course, if this is another way of spelling the Swedish Ljung then revert to the YOU sound.

Truly appreciated:)
The Leungs I've known have pronounced it LEE-ong.
