Sitasz is definitely Polish though not very common as you can see at http://www.moikrewni.pl/mapa/kompletny/sitasz.html. It looks like it may be related to Sitarz whose origin you'll find at http://www.ancestry.com/facts/Sitarz-family-history.ashx
