i'm pretty sure this last name is russian; i can't find it's meaning...

I don't know the meaning but names ending in -enko are Ukrainian.
There is a Russian surname, Orishin, and Orishenko may be the Ukrainian equivalent. If so then it derives from a female given name, Orina, via the diminutive form, Orisha. Orina is said to be a variant of the better know Irina, Irene in English.
