There's the Hebrew Yareakh, which became Jarach in Italy, taken there by a Jewish family from LUNEL in Southern France.
A German Jewish family named Mond took it's name from a house sign in the Frankfurt Ghetto. These signs were the source of a number of surnames, the best known being Rothschild, from the house of the red shield.

"Yue" might or might mean "moon" in Chinese. But as the surname, "moon" is not known as a Chinese surname since antiquity. But there's is an ancient non-Chinese tribe who's name is "Yue shi" in Chinese, which when translated using the characters = "The Moon clan", who might or might not have used the tribe's name as a surname when assimilated into Chinese society.
