They may be locative.
I couldn't find Flaak as a Dutch surname, but Flak, Flake, Vlak, Vlake are close. Flake and Vlake are place names. Vlak means "flat".I couldn't find Randten as a Dutch surname; nearest were Van Randen and Van der Randen which look like they are from place names. Rand means "edge border" in Dutch, so a locative origin is possible

Flaak exists in Germany as you can see at http://www.verwandt.de/karten/absolut/flaak.html. It would seem to be a variant of Flack/Flacke which, according to Bahlow, is "from a dwelling place by stagnant, swampy water (in Dutch vlak still = swampy".
You'll find confirmation of a locative origin for the second name at http://tr.im/Gq4W.
