ArchivesRatsabouteua & Pho...Does anyone their origins & meanings ?
I knew some foreign students in school that had these last names. I'm guessing that Pho is Vietnamese, & I have no clue about the origin of Ratsabouteua. What do these names mean, & what are their origins ?

Ratsha and Buteva/Butev are Bulgarian surnames.

Pho Hoa is the largest Vietnamese restaurant chain in North America with locations in almost every city where Asians densely populate.
...right from their website ...my name book has Phouk which means 'good' ...maybe related, though one site said Pho is Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup that originated in Hanoi.
