I presume it is a variant of the spanish name FULLANA.
This surname comes from Northern Spain.
Fullana should be pronounced "fooll-un-a".

Hi, thank you both. Yes, its the name Fullana. My father gave me the wrong spelling, without the second l. So that's what I put last night. It is suppose to be our primary surname, so I was trying to find out more about it for my family. Thank you again!
