Jeroen would be in English Yeroon
Yves is pronounced in the French way thus Eave
Sluijter I can't really explain because the sound in Dutch is very distinctive and i don't know anything similar in English
Huts is pronounced the same is it would be in English

Menke, thanks a lot!I found that 'uij' is sound like 'ow', but also somewhat like 'iy' or 'oy'; e.g. Wieland Kuijken mp3 -> http://www.math.nyu.edu/~wendlc/pronunciation/sounds/kuijken.mp3may I pronounce Sluijter like Slyoiter???

I think that's close enough, i listened to the sample, it's too much an English pronunciation, it's a more open sound than that. Therefore i made my own sound sample, with the Dutch words ui ("onion"), sluijter (your surname), huis ("house") and tuin ("garden"). Maybe this clears it all up.http://www.angelfire.com/nd2/firstnames/sound/dutch/sluijter/Sluijter.mp3
