Bürstner
Can someone help me finding the etymology of this name ? I guess it's german, and it's the surname of a character in Kafka's "The Trial" (Jeanne Moreau's character in the eponym movie by Orson Welles). Thanks in advance.

The name is not in my book (Kohlheim, Familiennamen, Duden), but as "Bürste" means "brush", it should denote a maker of brushes.
