Dzikic comes from a male name (or nickname) Dzika. I think the name can be met among both Muslims and Christians.

I'd also like to thank you. One more question - do you know what it means? Previous post suggests "wild", and with the diminutive suffix -iæ it would be something along the lines of "little wild one". Again tnx to both Sean and Christo!

I reject the meaning "wild" because the change of "d" to "dz" cannot be explained.

Probably, Dzika is a nickname for George but I am not sure.
