Dybas
A classmate asked me to look up the origin of his surname. He says that it's Polish, but I haven't found much information on similar Polish words/names. Infact, I can't find anything Polish starting with "Dy". It seems to be used more around the England/Ireland/Wales region.Does anyone have any information on it?

You'll find the origin of Dybas at http://www.ancestry.com/facts/Dybas-family-history.ashx. The correct Polish spelling is actually Dybaś.
