-bus could be for -bush, indicating a lost or minor place name.

I think Hannabus is from a personal name, perhaps from the name Hannibal, or from the name Hanna. Hannabus looks like a Latin form of a personal name, perhaps a Latin form of Hanna or Hannibal. A very rare English surname.
