Perhaps Manaly could be a variant of the Irish surname Manally, also spelt Manelly, Monally, and Manely. As for a possible Jewish origin, perhaps Manaly is a variant spelling of Manali, perhaps derived from the Hebrew name Emanuel. This surname Manaly is quite rare. I'll look further into the name sometime later.
