Is there a Portuguese surname based on the Portuguese surname "Olegario"? Anyone knows?(The farthest appart the way it is written in relation to the name Olegario, the better).

The name Olegario comes from ancient germanic and means "healthy lance" (Helig: healthy; gair: lance, spear). Regards.

The meaning I had was one of "old spear" but I was searchign for a surname based on that name, not for its meaning, thanks nonetheless.
