Zahniser
Just curious as to the meaning and origin of Zahniser. I'm sure it has similar origins to Zahn and Zahner, but I'm just curious what the extra -'iser' might mean.

Zahniser is an alteration of Zahneisen as you can see at tinyurl.com/lb4ts8t. Zahn means 'tooth' and Eisen means 'iron' which could have been the nickname of someone who made false teeth made of iron (see tinyurl.com/l9tqwev, for example).
