Hi All, hope someone can help me. I am getting married in November and would like to know what the meaning is of the Greek surname I am taking. I have asked the family, but no one knows. The Greek surname is: Tritsikas

1. There might be a typo error.
The name might be Tsitsikas which means "cricket" (the insect).
2. If the name is really Tritsikas, perhaps it could mean "singed" but I am not sure about that.
3. In Bulgarian, "tritsi" means bran. Tritsikas might be related.
