Dumberth is German but I don't know the etymology.

DUMBERTH seems to be a variant of DOMBERT. Förstemann lists DOMBERT (8th cent.) as one out of some 30 names starting with the Gothic element DOMS (Old High German TUOM), judgement, sentence, power, glory.
