Since you've gotten no other response I'll venture a guess ...
Couldn't find anything either, but looking at a name like this I usually try to find the root. The other parts are usually modifiers which may mean something like "from", "of", "descended from" etc.
So, if "Shel" is the root, I can only find a German version, "Schell" which means noisy or loud. I always thought it meant to sell, but maybe it means to loudly promote or something similar ...
Na could mean "born" and "-nik" is often a diminutive, "son of" ...
