I say that is sounds like an invented Swedish surname, but very unusual. Most surnames are invented and in Sweden names with Berg (mountain) and other nature words are very popular.
So Bergfalk is no more invented than other typical Swedish names like Bergström or Falk/Falck. It is just this combination which is unique.
