I have a character that I’m writing, their first name is Rowen and they are a kind of quirky witch that is kind of an out cast. They have red hair and they practice earth magic. I have no idea for their surname.
Tutera or Van der Aart are both similar meanings and flow well. I also think Funk or any single syllable name that is emphatic would sound great for your titular character.
