Isn't "Czech" good enough, or do you really want to differentiate between Bohemian and Moravian surnames?

Yes, I do, it has to do with how you pronounce the last and first names. Bohemia and Moravia are not even close together and the language are both different in alphabet and dialect.

Say what? Both Bohemia and Moravia are Czech speaking and use the same official language and alphabet, Slovak ist still farther East of Moravia.
