Help with a Slovene surname’s form.
I want to use a Slovene surname — Kastelic — but as far as I can tell it is masculine. Does anyone know how/if it would change forms if the bearer was a woman (like how -ova is added to Czech surnames)?

Slovene surnames do not change form depending on the gender of the bearer.
And in case you want to know, the stress in this name is on the second syllable; IPA: /kasˈtéː.lit͡s/
