Erario/L'Erario/Lebario/Levario
My understanding is that the name originated in Italy. First, as Erario which translated to tax collector. Then, changed to L'Erario.
Then to Lebario after the southern half of present day Italy became a part of Spain. Then, changed to Levario when they arrived to the America's.

I think the /r/ to /b/ is going to present problems. You'd be relying on on a dubious transcription error (R to B) at some point. The error may occur but it would not affect how people say their own names.
