Does anybody know the meaning/ origin of the last name Ikeler, i'm not sure of the spelling. it might be spelled Eichler. my guess would be maybe a german sn(or that area) since my area has alot of german ancestry. My grams father's ln sounded like this name, we don't know how it was spelled. She only met him 1 or 2 times, so he was never part of the family therefore we have no info on him. (my guess is it was a short relationship). Oh and does anybody know anything about the surname Eifert. (the guy my gram called dad) thanks :)
